Franchise development services are generally set up as low monthly retainer and then a portion of the franchise fee for deals that are actually sold. We are focused on adding value
by actually getting deals done to help franchisors grow. The retainer levels and percentage of franchise fees vary depending on the franchisor needs. Mutually agreed travel is
to be reimbursed by the franchisor.
Lead generation services can be set up as a retainer or as 15% of the actual spend for lead generation.
Franchisor advisory services can be arranged on a project basis or on a monthly retainer.
