Our company is dedicated to and focused on the success of our franchisor clients.  We offer services in the following vital areas:  outsourced franchise development and also business consulting related to lead generation, revenue creation, driving profit, business strategy, motivating best practices and leveraging technology.

FranVision is suppported by various experts with a wide array of business and franchise experience. The company was founded by Brent Alvord who has an extensive network in the franchise industry and has been a frequent speaker at franchise and business conferences. He is a Certified Franchise Executive and a longtime participant in the International Franchise Association.

Prior to founding FranVision, Brent was a key member of the team that acquired Lenny's Subs and led the organization during its rapid growth. He helped establish the foundations for world class finance, marketing, operations, purchasing, information technology, real estate, restaurant construction, and franchise sales departments. He was instrumental in the sale of hundreds of franchised restaurants and was also responsible for the creation of a proprietary point of sale software that networked all restaurants to provide business intelligence and marketing information.

Brent currently serves as Vice President, Business Operations at ABB Optical Group which is dynamic, fast-growing eye care company that is the largest distributor of soft contact lenses in the United States. 

Brent likes to be actively involved in his community and has served on several non-profit boards. He also has broad experience in international business and is bilingual in Spanish. He is married with two sons and a daughter.  His personal mission is to have a Positive Impact Everywhere and helping others to their own PIE.
